Justin refused to allow incarceration to end his ambition or his desire to grow. Over the years, he has continued educating himself, developing ideas, learning about business, encouraging others, and searching for ways to create a positive impact.
His accomplishments show that he is not defined by a conviction or prison identification number.

Justin has devoted time to personal growth, accountability, leadership, and preparing for a productive future. Through programs such as GOGI and Defy Ventures, he has worked to strengthen his decision-making, communication, entrepreneurship, and business-development skills.
These programs have helped Justin turn his ideas into goals and his goals into plans for the future.

Justin is an entrepreneur, business owner, and employer with ideas that extend far beyond the prison walls. He believes business can create opportunity, independence, and employment for others.
His vision is not only to build something for himself. He hopes to create businesses that provide opportunities, strengthen families, and make a meaningful contribution to the community.

Even while incarcerated, Justin has looked for ways to help others. His support of nonprofit efforts, including Helpful Homegirls, reflects his belief that giving is not determined by where a person lives or how much they possess.
Justin’s generosity, leadership, and concern for others reveal the person he has worked to become: someone committed to growth, service, and positive change.
